Centrum made my hair fall out!

I use to take Centrum every day for about 3 years because i thought it was doing me good, then I stopped for no apparent reason. I noticed I was losing alot of hair during the time I was taking Centrum but didnt think this was the cause. Coincidently when I stopped my hair stopped falling out and started to grow back. Just recently I resumed taking centrum and my hair started falling out again... Im convinced it is something in the centrum and not a coincidence... ive thrown my centrum in the bin!

I take these every day with my breakfast. I like them better than pills since I can drink it. It is a great combination of vitamins our bodies need for very affordable price. I am not sure, but I do feel like I have more energy since I started taking them.
Great alternative to a pill!

This is great when you can't swallow a pill! I had to take this when I first had my gastric bypass operation. I couldn't swallow a pill for quite a while and had to take my vitamins as a liquid for the first month. I just mixed this in with my protein drink and had no problem at all. It is more important than ever now for me to get my vitamins since I can not eat much at all so the liquid is a great way to go. I still find vitamins to be very large to swallow so I prefer to liquid. I am allowed now to swallow a large pill but it is easier for me just to add this to my protein shake and it doesn't change the taste or anything. Besides I don't know how much I am absorbing from the pill and I feel like I am getting more out of the liquid. This was a great idea!!!!

This is a very good multivitamin. Every morning after breakfast I take my centrum vitamin and feel the boost of energy that it packs in a single pill. I don't take many vitamins and use centrum to intake all the vitamins that my diet lacks. My mother has taken it for years and convinced me to give it a try and I've been pleased ever since. The directions of taking it only once you've eaten have never affected me. If I forget in the morning at night I take one before bed and have yet to feel any ill effects. I can't say for sure that my body is fully benefiting from it, but I will say that I do feel more relaxed, energetic, and focused in my everyday activities.

This is one of my favorite multi-vitamins. I used Centrum liquid for awhile after I got my tonsils out because I had a hard time trying to swallow pills. The liquid itself is bitter, but not bad at all if you mix it with a shake; and of course, it delivers all the vitamins that you need, just like you would expect from the Centrum brand.

This is one of my favorite multi-vitamins. I have taken Centrum Multivitamins for as long as I can remember. My Mom also used this, maybe that is why I trusted it to begin with. I will continue to take and trust them. Great Vitamins at a Great price. Trusted name for many years now.
Great for Mixing

This product is great for mixing in with your protein shakes after a workout. Virtually no change in taste when you mix this product with others. You get all your vitamins with just 1 Tablespoon. I am a huge believer in Centrum products too. Try it out. You will not be disappointed.

I am a bit torn on my final idea about this product. Being a teacher to kids that sometimes are lacking the proper nutrition I need to recommend something that I myself would take as well. When my female students ask me about Centrum Multivitamin, I need to tell them how I feel. I believe that Centrum is a good multivitamin, but I think for a females need their female product is one to live by. Woman need extra calcium that this multivitamin does not contain enough of. Women need more assistance especially since their body goes through more labor (in ways) than a man's. Although Centrum is a good product, I do not feel that it suffices all the needs for both genders.
Centrum has gelatin

My mother-in-law used Centrum for years. After I had kids, I decided that it was time for me to switch to some multivitamins and what could be better than the trusted CENTRUM,. To my dismay, I discovered that this product has GELATIN. I cannot take any oral medications with animal products. I wish they would either substitute it with vegetarian gelatin or stop adding gelatin altogether.
