I have to give this product a perfect rating because it is perfect at what it does. This is a daily multivitamin which can be spread out half and half. What the last poster probably does not understand is that unlike most multivitamins, this splits a daily dose into two pills, allowing you to take half in the morning and half in the evening to spread out that feel good feeling, good deal!

Would not make a difference with these tablets as the ingredient levels are low compared to other multivitamins. We use Centrum and are very happy with it.
