I love carrots! Especially baby carrots, but I always eat them all up, and often have to wait a week or so until I go to the store to get another 2 pound bag. I picked up the 'Pure' Beta Carotene on clearance as a supplement for beta carotene between those shopping trips, and have been using it for about 2 months now. As with many vitamin supplements, its hard to say if you are in any better shape for taking them, but I can say that I do not feel in any worse shape for using this product.
