Can't say enough good things about Biotin!!!

Biotin has been a Godsend to my mother and me. My mother has been starting to lose her hair for the last 6-7 years. For me, I noticed about a year ago that I was seeing more and more hair in my hair brush, on my sweaters, and in the shower drain. I was told by a friend to try Biotin. Am I ever glad I did! After about 2 months of taking it, I noticed 1-inch sprouts of hairs sticking out on top of my head. At first I thought my hair was breaking even more, but then I realized that it was new hair growing in. My mother noticed the same thing. Now, Biotin does not make you grow more hair or make the hair you have thicker. What it does is stop excessive hair loss.
It also strengthens your nails like nothing I've ever tried. I wish I could show you how long and beautiful my nails are now and no more splitting either. Who needs acrylics? Not me. :) I will continue to take this product for as long as I live.
Healthy Hair

I started taking this product when in High School, because I have always had trouble growing my hair out. It didn't make my hair grow faster, but it made my hair healthier and I didn't have to cut it as often. It also made my hair shiny. I would highly recommend it!

Biotin + Horsehair = GREAT HAIR

These supplements taken with horsehair, or by itself is a godsend to me! After 5 years of mistreating my hair with harsh hair dyes, I wanted to grow my hair out to my waist. When I first started 4 years ago, my hair was at my shoulders, it's now at my mid back. I have dealt with major breakage, hair loss and thinning and slow growth. I have tried all manner of special shampoos and conditioners but nothing really worked for too long. Since I've been taking biotin, I have noticed my hair is starting to gain some it's fullness back and it's not breaking as much!

The supplement caused me to have no ill side effects and had no bad taste. It caused my nails to be much stronger and my hair to grow faster. I take it regularly and would recommend it to anyone.

Most multiple vitamin formulas do not contain enough Biotin, so I have been buying this product from Puritans Pride for many years. It is good for my hair; it seems to be so much thicker now.
