Breath Easy..... Quercetin with Bromelain

I use Quercetin with Bromelain daily. With the pollen season I use it three times a day in between meals. I have been using Quercetion for years and now you hear how it is helpful for any breathing related problems. It makes my post nasal drip stop with the first hour I take it .If I fill my chest getting tight from the pollen or from eating dairy..I take one and I know that it will calm me down, just like an antihistamine would have, with out any side affects
