I take this product daily and so does my husband. It provides all the vitamins needed for both the of us. Nature Made is my favorite vitamin brand and I truly believe this daily vitamin had made a difference in our lives. I would NEVER go without it! After my mother forced me to take vitamins of every kind- I needed a way to decrease the amount of pills- time's sake, and my throat's! Anyway, this is everything I need daily, all in one convenient pill. The best part is that it doesn't smell bad, like most multi's do! The horrible smell of most multi's is what made my mother buy individual ones in the first place. This one doesn't smell like anything, and is easy to take! I will be re-stocking my supply of Essential daily this next week!

"Essential" is a great name. The product really seems to boost my health and help keep colds away. The vitamins and minerals included in ESSENTIAL DAILY seem to be everything I need in one pill. This has been a great product.

Our family doctor recommended that we take a daily multivitamin. I was advised to take one w/out iron since apparently men have a much lower iron requirement than women, which is why I went with this product. I haven't noticed a major difference but do feel they help out on a long grueling day. I also just feel comfortable with the insurance of getting the daily requirements for vitamins. I really like the fact that they do not have mega doses of ingredients and do not have the stomach-churning smell and aftertaste a lot of multivitamins have. It is now part of my daily routine.
Any Difference?

Before taking vitamins at all, I used to get colds, etc. a lot more than I do now. I used to use Centrum and began using Nature Made due to the price difference. I have been using them for about 7 months; however, I haven't noticed any differences between the two. The manufacturer's claim must be right! I'll continue to use them!

It is a very good brand and good vitamin source. I have been using this product for more than a year. It uses dark bottle to prevent it's vitamin oxidation. I take it in the morning with my breakfast. After that, I can feel I am full of energy. I think I will keep buying this product. The only part that I don't like is the smell. However, every multi-vitamin has an ugly smell. In conclusion, good brand and good vitamin source. Love it.

I have been using this Multi-Vitamin for a year or so now. It has all the vitamins and correct amounts my doctor told me I should be getting, and it's not as expensive as most other brands. A very good product that is cost effective!

These have a combination of essential vitamins, calcium, iron, zinc etc., which has played a vital role in keeping me fit and giving me energy to do my daily chores. Because of work and other daily activities, I am not able to tfollow a proper diet. This helps me in getting my additional energy and helping me keep fit. I take one tablet a day with meal. This is a great product. It eliminates the need to take multiple pills by combining many needed vitamins into one pill. The pill size is easy to swallow and it leaves no after-taste. Taking this pill left me feeling healthy and gave me a high energy level.

I like this multivitamin. First of all, it is neither so big nor so small that I can't swallow it. Definitely not a kids product, but I like it because it doesn't produce any sort of an aftertaste. I would recommend this product - you know you are getting a quality product. Dietary supplements aren't heavily regulated by the FDA, so a trusted product like this one is always a safe choice.

These vitamins are okay. I have tried Centrum and everything else including this one. It is a Nature Made brand which means that it should be very good.

I took these for a while and they really did make me feel good. I had to stop taking them because of another medication I was taking, but while I was taking them they worked great for me.

These vitamins did not suit me at all. After taking them for a few days regularly, I started getting rashes. Even though they are from natural foods, I had some sort of reaction to them. Might be good for some people, but I think too sensitive for me.
