hooray for animal-free!

While these are a little pricey, they are actually a pretty decent value when compared with others in the health food store. I felt great when I was taking these, and as a vegan, I appreciated the fact that they are animal-free.


Great for vegetarians

I gave my sister, who is a vegetarian, a bottle of the Vegetarian Super Multi. She says the taste isn't pleasant (but many vitamins suffer this), but otherwise she feels great taking them. They do include fibers and other digestion helpers, which I don't think are completely necessary for a good vegetarian.
