Unique, packed with nutrients

I have tried many different multi-vitamins and mega pills on my way to find the perfect daily multi supplement. I used Life Basics for about a month when I found it at my local GNC. This moderate sized capsule is packed with ingredients aimed at maximizing your overall health. All the usual vitamins are included (A, C, D, E, B1, B2, B6, B12) along with all the other usual suspects (Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Chromium, Iodine, Potassium). It also contains some other different kinds of nutrients (Bee Pollen, Korean Ginseng Root, Octacosonal). It boasts the included ingredients Spirulina, which has been linked to overall boosts to the immune system and increases in cancer fighting substances, and Chlorella, which is linked to improved digestive systems and healthy pH balance. I thought that those ingredients were pretty unique and a nice change of pace of some of the usual multi-vitamins out there. I took it twice daily during meals (although you can take up to 4 times daily if you so choose) and thought it did a pretty decent job of satisfying my daily requirements. I felt slightly more energy than usual, and a general overall health boost. I ultimately decided on another brand because I was still looking for a different combination to fit my needs. I do however fully recommend this to anyone looking for a change.
