Vitamin A 25,000 IU with Pectin

Vitamin A has several important functions in the body, including the maintenance of proper vision. When the body is deficient in Vitamin A, the eye gradually loses its ability to adapt to changes in light resulting in "Night Blindness." Another vital role of vitamin A concerns the formation, maintenance, and growth of skin, which forms the body's primary barrier to infection.

For Healthy Skin!
by Carrie Russell

As an Esthetician, I am shocked to see how many of my clients are severely deficient in Vitamin A. If you have "goose bump" skin on the backs of your arms & on your thighs you most likely need to take Vitamin A. If you have night vision problems, you probably are deficient. If you have mild to moderate acne, eczema, psoriasis, acetonic keratosis, or just prematurely aged skin....then you probably need to take Vitamin A. If you have 3 or more of those symptoms, you DEFINATELY need to take Vitamin A.

*Caution: Vitamin A is fat-soluble, so don't take too much. Just follow the recommendation on Carlson's label.
