Great productby Montana
I started taking this product because it repels mosquitoes. IT WORKS. I have also noticed so much energy. This is the #1 vitamin that I take on a daily basis just for these 2 reasons. I recommend it to everyone who needs a natural boost and why not a little mosquito repellent along with it. A++

Along with all of my other vitamins, I take Vitamin B-1. Since there is alot of B vitamins, I have to choose carefully on each vitamin I take daily. I take this vitamin because it helps with my metabolism, my energy, and helps my body stay healthy.

Nature's Plus carries B-1 but rarely (or if ever) do I see it at my health food store. Nature's Plus is carried at my health food store but not its B-1. I did have some once and was pleased with the product. B-1 is so important for metabolism -- energy boost.
