BEST - MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE
by BUBBA

I TOOK IT FOR ABOUT A MONTH OR 2, WORKED WONDERS FOR ME IN MEMORY. I READ ON INTERNET THAT IS NOT NEEDED ONCE THE BODY KNOWS HOW TO PRODUCE IT.

great b12
by Monica

As a gastric bypass patient I take several vitamins daily. I take these sublingual b12 vitamins daily. Pop one under your tongue and go. My blood work up for b12 has been within the stand levels. Some b12 sublingual pills have a very harsh fake cherry taste. Twinlab b12 dots don't have any funny taste or after taste.

Great for vegetarians
by Beth

I'm not the best pill swallower, so for me, these B-12 dots work great. Vitamin B-12 is another must-have product for vegetarians, since it's naturally found in meat. While some foods may be fortified with B-12, they never contain enough for your daily needs. I highly recommend these vitamin dots.

Beats the blues
by Brian

My homeopathic practitioner told me that a B-12 deficiency could be behind my often feeling blue, so in addition to trying to eat more foods with B-12 in them (though I’m not big on meat and dairy), I pop one of these pills several times a week as a booster.

Sublingual is best!
by Carrie Russell

As a vegetarian I know that I need to take extra B-12, but then I always hear how hard it is to assimilate. So I was happy to find a sublingual version. With sublingual B-12, the vitamin goes directly into your bloodstream, so it bypasses the stomach.
