I am currently taking this B-12 supplement. I had started out buying a less expensive capsule form, but was informed by the staff that it is hard to absorb and that this sublingual lozenge form absorbs directly into the bloodstream. It has been helping my brain fog immensely. I was a little worried about the taste, but it's fine, just a little chalky. I would recommend it.
