This is an adequate supplement

I was told about B-2 from my doctor when trying to rid myself of migraines. I must say, that this was working fairly well. However, I was allergic to one of the fillers in this particular brand, so I had to stop taking this vitamin. I would suggest it for others with similar problems.

I was told about this product by my physician when I was experiencing migraines. I can say it reduced the intensity, but it did not diminish them. On a positive note, B-2 is excellent for improving the look of your skin and making your nails strong and thick!
