I used to take this plain B-2 viatmin, until Solaray came out with the combination B vitamin pills. B Vitamins are essential to the regulation of a woman's menstrual cycle, as well as healthy brain chemistry. Solaray has been a company I use for many many years, and I always find that I receive the best quality of supplements from them each time.
