Great Supplement!

I was told once that if you take Niacin it will help with skin problems such as acne. It supposedly opens pores and flushes toxins from your system and skin. So I take 100mg of this brand each day to help keep up the cleansing process. In addition, I take a high dose once a month and after about an hour (drink plenty of water) I take a hot shower. It really has worked for me, so I recommend everyone try to take Niacin since toxins not only pollute our outsides, but our insides as well.
