Niacin 250mg

I have found I am sharper and more 'quick witted' after taking these for some time. This is in addition to the niacin already in my multi. Along with increased brain function, it is supposed to aide in lowering LDL as well. I have not had tests to verify this however my Doc will order blood tests soon and hopefully my level will have dropped some.

I thoroughly enjoy the rattling sound the capsules make as I take them. This is a good supplement--doesn't make me jumpy, no aftertaste and seems to do what it says it should.
