Works good to detox skin

I started taking Niacin after someone told me it opens your pores and helps to detoxify the skin. It did work well in higher doses, while drinking lots of water, and then taking a hot shower after a couple of hours. It can cause redness and itchiness on your skin, so be careful if your very sensitive to those sorts of things.
