Great For Women On Birth Control and Vegetarians

This product is a water soluble vitamin, so taking to toxic levels is pretty hard. I would recommend this product for everyone who wants to take it, but especially for women on birth control and vegetarians. Vegetarians always have a hard time getting enough of the B vitamin complex. Women on birth control tend to have lower levels of the B vitamins, but particularly vitamin B6. The price is decent and it gets the job done. With only calcium carbonate, cellulose, stearic acid, vegetable stearate, and silica added, it is fairly natural as well
