I have to take B-12 shots, so my doctor told me it is important to take a balanced B supplement to help my nerves and brain. This one seems to have everything, and I have had fewer problems since taking it. The only problem is that I have to take it with enough food, or I get a terrible taste in my mouth. All B vitamins can do that, though, so it doesn't stop me from using this product.

I just started taking this product about a month and a half ago. A friend of mine found it at a health food store and suggested I try it after a failed attempt at a regular B-2 supplement for my migraines. My doctor wanted me on a 4x dose of B-2 to help with my migraines so I started taking a B-2 supplement to help with that. After a week, I found out that I was allergic to one of the fillers they put in the supplement and I had to stop taking it. The worst part was that it was helping with my migraines.
So, I started taking this product as it's all natural, and vegetarian and is also hypo-allergenic! I was thrilled when it actually started to help with my headaches! It contains more than just B-2, and from a little research I did, those extras are also good for headache prevention.
I must say this is one of many supplements that I take that I know I couldn't live without. I just went and found a better price for this supplement on Amazon and bought 5 bottles of it now that I know I'm not allergic and I'm almost out!
I'm so impressed with this that I have to tell the world to start taking this, especially if they have headaches/migraines. This truly will help!
It's all natural and hypo-allergenic! I swear by it!

As a college student, I have a lot of stress getting all my projects and papers completed. Taking this B Complex has really helped me feel more calm, and I noticed a difference in my skin.
Anybody who has a lot of stress should take this. You'll feel more energy too. I like Country Life brand and I take many of their vitamins.

I can really tell a difference when I take a steady dose of B vitamins, especially being vegetarian. A high dose of B increases energy and concentration and generally make me feel really good. The Country Life brand is a better value than most, and this B-vitamin packs a good wallop!
