KAL B-100 Complex 100 MG

I have been using KAL B-100 Complex 100 MG daily for about ten years. I like the product as it has all the B vitamins needed for a daily dose. It is a sustained release supplement which means that it is released for absorption overtime instead of all at once. I find this product very effective. It is now made with an AromaSmooth coating which makes it much easier to swallow as I had trouble swallowing the large tablets in the past. I am giving KAL B-100 Complex 100 MG four stars because although it is an effective product, it does not seem to keep very long. I have had problems with the tablets starting to crumble and not stay in the tablet form. They also seem to be moist instead of dry after a length of time. However, if you take one daily as recommended, a 30 tablet bottle should hold up for the 30 days. After 30 days of opening the bottle is when the tablets seem to start deteriorating.
