Not For Me

I tried this brand of B-complex tablets after choking over my first set of B-complex vitamins. Unfortunately, these weren't really any smaller. I can't really say how effective they would be, as I gave up after a few days of trying to force them down.

These will probably be perfectly fine for anyone who doesn't have trouble swallowing different sized pills and tablets, however people who need smaller pills or capsules to go down should look somewhere else.
