Like many women who are past 25 (I won't say how far past :o), I have a B Vitamin deficiency that results in everything from cracked lips to fatigue. Solaray's B-100 complex has 100 mgs each of:

PABA (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid)
Inositol
Choline Bitartrate
Biotin
Thiamin (as Thiamine Mononitrate) (B-1)
Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2)
Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCl)
Niacin (as Niacinamide)
Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) (100 mcg)
