I've been taking this product for about 2 weeks now and haven't noticed any discernible effect. I had hoped to see a boost in energy levels and a decrease in anxiety. I've been told that it sometimes takes weeks to see any effect with vitamins as some need to build up in your body. I will give it another 2 weeks to see if there is any change in my energy and/or anxiety levels.
