I've taken vitamin C for years but only recently switched to Ester-C. It doesn't give me heartburn like some C's do and it is supposed to be more readily absorbed. The price is fair and is really a good bargain if you get the largest size. I'm not sure if it is because of the vitamin c or not, but I didn't have any colds or even sniffles this winter!


Easier On The Stomach

I bought Ester-C while on sale and I thought I would try it out. I have a sensitive stomach and unlike some other vitamin C brands out there, this product did not bother my stomach at all!
