I usually buy the 1000 mg but times I can only get the 500 mg. Then I will take 2. Last year I was getting sick all the time. A nurse recommended this brand of Ester C. Since taking it my immune system has greatly improved.

I've heard rave reviews about ester-c but after taking it I don't see any energy increase. I'm going to try the 1,000 mg to see if I can get some better results.
