I've been megadosing this for about 6 months and so far so good. Nice formulation. I take 14 caps all at once each day. That may seem like alot but its very well tolerated. I've been megadosing vit C for 35 years, virtually every single day/ someone should do a study of my supplimenting history/ I've taken a world of vitamin and other suppliments since about 1953. True. My parents were into it early on. This Easy C product seems great. I also take other food based C products with it, again daily. I am very healthy, but it costs a small fortune. Good luck.
