f Nutraceutical Sciences Institute Vitamin C 500 mg Reviews and Information

Vitamin C 500 mg

"Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is necessary for normal growth and maintenance of the human body. It plays a part in the development and repair of all bodily tissues and is crucial for healing wounds and repairing cartilage, bones and teeth. Vitamin C is also involved in the production of collagen, used to make skin, ligaments, tendons and blood vessels.

Vitamin C is known to be one of nature's most powerful antioxidants, working to protect the body from damage caused by free radicals, which are believed to contribute to premature aging and disease. Some evidence suggests vitamin C supports cardiovascular health, by helping with the maintenance of healthy cholesterol and blood pressure levels."

Good stuff : )

My mom buys this product all the time at the local Whole Foods store. I have never tried another Vit. C product and I don't intend to because this vitamin works, is easy to take, and is pretty cheap also. Its also great to take in the winter time since vit. C helps protect your body from the flu and other sort of illnesses.

I tried this product once. It works just fine. To be honest, I cannot tell much difference between different Vitamin C products.(they are all pure Vitamins, right?) However, I do think the Natural Made product is a better choice. They have a much larger size, so the cost will be cheaper than this one.

Mediocre product

Working up north as a teacher in the cold season things tend to get passed around the school, I take vitamin C to help my immune system, and I always give my vitamins the glass of water test to see how well they will dissolve within the hour, this one didn't do as well as I would expect, but I cannot give a negative review because any vitamin C is always good!
