I use the 500 mg. tablet of Rutin along with my Vitamin C as I get more absorbtion by adding Rutin to my daily routine. I have been doing this for the first time this winter. I did not get sick once this past winter. This was the only thing different that I added to my regular routine. I would say add it and see what the difference is in your healthly lifestyle.
