Simply the best vitamin C for me. I mix it with orange juice everyday and I just feel so much better after taking it. I take half a teaspoon in the morning and half in the evening for a total of 5000 mg. This powdered form of vitamin C is so much better than the tablets since the body absorbs it much faster. I feel stronger because I feel as if my body is protected from catching colds.
