I was recommended to take these vitamins by my doctor. He had stated that my vitamin C was low and that this was a quick pick up. However, too much vitamin C is harmful, so be sure not to exceed the recommended dosage unless your doctor states that is ok. Overall, this product was easy to take. I was taking 2 tablets a day, and this really helped to boost up my required daily allowance of vitamin C. This product is the best by far, almost like eating a ton of oranges in a single small tablet!
