My physician ordered some blood work and found that my Vitamin D level was low. Since I had been having muscle spasms, this was included as part of the work up. My physician suggested that I take Vitamin D three times a day. I have been doing this for several months now and have noted a definite decrease in the painful muscle spasms that I had been experiencing. I will continue to use this product because it definitely works for me and the price is right.

I'm lactose intolerant so my milk intake is somewhere between slim and none. For the price, you simply can not beat the quality of what you get from GNC. My stomach handles the D just fine and I feel healthier after just one month.

This Vitamin is a very good source for vitamin D. I take vitamin D because I don't drink enough milk. I found this vitamin at a low price at the GNC store and I've been very pleased. These vitamins did not upset my stomach as some other brands have before. If you are looking for a good vitamin D supplement, look for these at the GNC.
