I recieved a sample bottle of this a few weeks ago after requesting it from this site. I was very pleased to get a for real full bottle of this. The pills are just your regular white, round kind of tablet. They are a good size for swallowing, and leave no after taste or anything. I don't know if I have actually gotten any medical benefit from taking them yet but I do feel better about myself. I would recommend these to anyone looking to take a supplement. I have read good things about this vitamin.
