I have 2 auto-immune diseases and this was recommended to me. I just started taking them and they seem fine. I use some other of these products as well.

I like this tablet because it is for my bones and teeth, and ever since my knee broke, I was recommended to drink, or eat, a lot of vitamin D or take a Vitamin D tablets, along with my other vitamins to help my body stay healthy. This product has helped me a lot and I will remain taking it for as long as I live.
