Taking 10,000 IU is not even toxic if you plan to take this amount forever.
Get legitimate information about Vitamin D intake and its importance and talk more about overdosing on Vitamin D. I take 10,000 IU to keep my optimal Vitamin D level around 80ng/ml -100ng/ml
