I have been taking the Twin Lab Vitamin D daily for just over three years now. I had Baratric Surgery and this is what was recommended to me by my surgeon. I can tell a major difference in the way that I feel from taking these. I used to think that vitamins were not important and that I did not need them, boy was I wrong. As far as pricing goes on these, I found that you can order them at online drugstores or vitamin shops for less than half the price that you would pay in a retail store.
