I like these vitamins because they are easy to swallow. I hate pills I cannot swallow and theat leave a bad aftertaste in my mouth, or they scratch my throat, but these go down easy. I have been using it for a year, and I like how it works, and makes me feel awake, and alive.


Vitamin E is for more than you think!

I do not take Vitamin E orally, but I do break open the capsules to use on my skin. I love the effects of Vitamin E oil on my skin. I will make a sugar scrub with sugar and olive oil, and break a few Vitamin E capsules to put in it. I also rubbed the oil on my stomach when I was pregnant to keep it nice and elastic and prevent stretch marks. This is an inexpensive brand, and does the job nicely.

Nature's Plus was very easy for me to use since I have a hard time swallowing things. It was also good to mix in with my other natural supplements. I highly recommend this vitamin to all; it will make you feel like a million bucks.
