At first they contained ephedrine and were withdrawn from the the market because of that.....it seemed to work better then because it suppressed my hunger. Now they are back again and claiming to be completely safe. Well they didn't work for me at all. It didn't suppress my appetite as in the past, but of course in the past it contained ephedrine (which was not safe) They do use Green Tea as an ingredient and it is a great hunger suppressant.
