Unfortunately, the only way I have found to lose weight is by eating less carbs and fat and limiting portions. After I was pregnant the last time, I still had almost 40 pounds to lose, which equaled about a quarter of my weight. A friend got this on sale and showed it to me for my opinion. I give it 1 star for it's health benefits from grapefruit, not for any alleged weight loss potential. I give it 0 for that. Help is what these bars need. If you have been off sugar awhile and absolutely don't want to cheat, then this may be an answer, but otherwise, these flavors range from pasty to just plain gross.
