The pills were large and made of a rubbery material that is hard to swallow. I followed the directions exactly about taking them, but it still kicked me out of ketosis whenever I used them; even with small amounts of higher carb foods like watermelon. This didn't give drastic super crazy weight loss, but it did work. I was on a diet and I did work out, and this gave me a little extra oompf. I can't say it suppressed my appetite, but it did give me energy, and i did lose some weight. At first they contained ephedrine and were withdrawn from the the market because of that.....it seemed to work better then because it suppressed my hunger. Now they are back again and claiming to be completely safe. Well they didn't work for me at all. It didn't suppress my appetite as in the past, but of course in the past it contained ephedrine (which was not safe) They do use Green Tea as an ingredient and it is a great hunger suppressant.
