It's not that Sweet Defense is ineffective, it's more that there are other products that are vastly more effective for the price. Sweet Defense requires you to take two pills three times daily, meaning six/day. Only sixty pills are included in the bottle, meaning that a bottle is consumed every ten days.

When I tried Sweet Defense, I did notice that there was a change in the amount of food I wanted, though I would not say that my cravings for sweet things was the only thing targeted. It just seemed like a more general loss of appetite. This, coupled with the steep price, would lead me to not recommend this product.

There is very little in Sweet Defense that is not contained in either a multi-vitamin or a more general appetite suppressant. I would use either of those products over this overpriced and inferior hybrid.

I have tried many appetite suppressants, to no avail. I found this product, which claims only to suppress your sweet cravings, not all food cravings. It requires three doses daily of two pills, which is very hard to keep track of. Not to mention, if you miss a dose ,you immediately want sweets. The price compiled with the inconvenience of doses makes this product ineffective.
