Not really that happy
8 Customer Reviews
I have tried all sorts of shakes and compared to the rest i find it claims too much and does very little. The best way to get the weight off is to eat healthy and exercise. Its also one of the most expensive shakes i have tried and i found i always felt hungry quickly.Tasty and Filling
As a low GI meal replacement this is the best tasting, smooth drink. It's so convienient to make up and take for lunch at work so I don't have to spend money for my work lunch. And it's low cal.Tired Of Being Fat
I am hopeful. I have tried all sorts of shakes and pills. GlycoSlim Chocolate is GREAT considering what it is...almost has a hot chocolate taste to it when mixed with 1% milk. I am taking the OsoLean with the GlycoSlim and it tastes like non-fat milk. Not that great but it's do-able. I am in week 3 and have lost 13 pounds so far. I am dreading the plateau effect but am sure that I will hit my goal of 40 lbs soon enough. Fingers crossed.Slimming Down...
I have been drinking the chocolate shakes for about 4 weeks now along with Osolean and I've lost 12 pounds! I did not like the vanilla or mocha flavors and the company was more than happy to exchange for chocolate. It's true that you get hungry in about 2 hours after taking the shake...but that's only the pain of the first week. Weeks 2-4 were great. DEFINITELY recommend the chocolate to anyone!Amazing!

I've used the product in conjunction with a low GI diet and lots of water. The first 4 days I lost 4 kilos and after three months I lost 23 kilos. The company now has a 6 month guarantee o I would highlt recommend any one who is serious to try it out.Not the worst, but hardly the best
I'm a big fan of meal replacement shakes as a way to curb cravings and manage weight loss, so I had high hopes for this one. I liked its low glycemic index and its high nutritional value. However, I do not think I would recommend this product strongly.
I would not exactly call what happens when you add liquid to this product "appetizing." It seemed especially thick to me, as if it did not want to dissolve. I tried it with both skim milk and water, and found that skim milk was more palatable, but that is not saying very much.
Also, it does not seem to be as hearty as other shakes. It was not successful at suppressing my appetite. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a shake to start your day off with: it wears off in a few hours, just in time for a light mid-morning snack. I would not recommend it for repeated daily use, as it really is simply not as effective as other brands I have tried.Glyco slim meal replacement

I do have to agree the taste isn't the best, but you can actualy add fruit and use skim milk to help with the flavor. Well, it seems to make it a little thicker anyway. I drink the strawberry, and add a few strawberries with it and use skim milk, and that seems to help it out. It sure makes it easier to drink, anyway, and I use it 3 times a day. It is a great product.Unfulfilling but not terrible

I believe the word "tasty" that is used in the description is a bit of a stretch. This meal replacement drink doesn't taste terrible, but is certainly not "tasty" either. I'm glad that it's low on the glycemic index, and so it tends to keep you fuller longer. After 2 or 3 hours, you feel quite hungry. I like the fact that it's full of nutrients and essential fats, so that's a plus. I also like the fact that I can choose to drink it with either skim milk or water. I've found that skim milk is best, a little bit thicker and heartier, although it doesn't make too much of a difference. The fact that it doesn't contain anything artificial is an added bonus. Overall, I'd recommend it if you enjoy using drink meal replacements.
