This tea states "body purifying", so do not use this to loose weight but to cleanse your body . Side effect is diarrhea which is part of body cleansing. Diarrhea will eventually go away once your body adjusted and cleaned.

Tihur Tea---gradual weight loss with bad side effects.

I tried this product to help with weight loss. Over 2 weeks, I lost 2 pounds. Not bad, but the side effects were awful. I got super bad diarrhea every day I had the tea. In addition, I actually love tea, and thought this tasted horrible!

I'm definitely not taking it any more. Though its healthy in the sense that the weight loss is gradual and effective, the side effects are just not worth it. I'm going to look elsewhere.
