I tried this product as a cost effective alternative to Cortislim. I was seeing the ads all over the place but I wasn't willing to pay out the money if I was not sure that it would work. So when I passed by this product in Walmart and it was significantly less expensive, I picked it up. I did notice a difference in my eating habits, I kind of forgot to eat sometimes! Unfortunately, the only way I have found to lose weight is by eating less carbs and fat and limiting portions. After I was pregnant the last time, I still had almost 40 pounds to lose, which equaled about a quarter of my weight.
