The quality and testing seems to be of upmost importance to this company however it does not say whether they are GMP certified nor third party tested.
I do like that everything is made in the US. That is a plus.
The active ingredients include gymnema, chitosan, and garcinia cambogia. There is evidence that supports gymnema as helping control blood sugar which can leading to weight loss. Chitosan (a shell fish derivative) can bind to fat, therefore, hindering fat deposits. Garcinia cambogia is used often to inhibit lipogenesis (the formation or deposition of fat), however, this is only theorized meanig it may work, but hasn't been proven in a study.
If you are not allergic to shell fish, this could be a great product to try in conjunction with CLA if you are beginning a weight loss program. Side effects may include gas, diarrhea, upset stomach, etc.

A little on the pricey side, but this has really helped me. I have lost 10 pounds so far this year, and this is really the only thing I changed.

After taking the product for the past couple of months, I've noticed a lot more muscle, and a lot less fat. I can't say I've lost weight because muscle weighs more than fat, but I feel a lot stronger than I ever was before. I'd have to say it's thanks to this product and working out.

I purchased this product through HBees in Nov.'06 and I'm thrilled with the effect it had on my weight reduction! I lost 15 lbs over the last month and a half! Well, I did exercise a little bit more than I used to also, but I do honestly believe this product worked because I did not change my diet all that much - I do love meat and fried food. Despite this, I lost weight so I'm now a believer in this product!
It's also pretty reasonably priced, I believe they go on sale for <$20 every now & then, and only requires 1 tablet per day, easy! I strongly recommend you try this!
