I have used this product several times when I needed to have an extra edge in my workout. I would take this product around one hour before I started an nice long work out, and I was able to have energy during and after the workout. It caused me no bad side effects and I felt great afterward. Super Charge is an great product. I do not use it everyday but if I feel that I need a boost in my workout, I use it.
