7 Keto effective but priceyby Lisa
When I got serious about going to the gym in the morning, I added 7-Keto to my morning vitamins. It really did give me much more energy (hard to come by at 5 a.m.) and seemed to last at least all morning. It definitely seemed to increase my caloric burn, because I lost more pounds than I should have given my exercise and eating level.
I find this to be a good and effective product--I get no jitters from it, and I don't get a headache or any kind of withdrawal symptom when I miss taking it (usually on weekends). However, it is on the expensive side.

During my trial and error experiment with 7 Keto, I was able to lower my percentage of body fat, control my appetite, and burn more calories. I incorporated about 45 minutes of exercising everyday along with a healthy diet. And I must admit, I am content with the results. If you have not tried it yet, Nature Sunshine’s 7 Keto is definitely worth the flip of the coin.

Finally some success! I had to eat right and exercise in conjunction with taking this product, but it worked where diet and exercise alone were not. I also had more energy, started waking up earlier, feeling warmer, and had less pain. This product is my friend.

I think that this product works fairly well. It won't make you go from a size 14 to a size 2, but what will? It helped me lose a few pounds in a month without changing my diet, which is good. I think it's a little pricey for the results that I got, but all in all, not a bad product.

I used this product for one month a couple of years ago, and I am getting ready to use it again. I was stuck at 169 pounds and it helped me to get down to 162 without changing anything about my diet and exercise.
