This is okay

This product is okay - you have to make sure to follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly. You're not supposed to use this for a while, so afterwards the pounds come back really easy. The price for this product is fairly reasonable compared to other products.

Works- but not long term

I have often indulged in diet pills to give me an extra calorie burning start before big events or when I need to jump start losing a few pounds. The few pounds that you will lose from the added Stacker 2 energy are good, but you might end up feeling light-headed. The weight loss is also short term and once you stop the pills, the few pounds come right back. I also wouldn't recommend taking these for any length of time- that light-headed feeling cannot be all that good for you.
