Liquid diet

I bought a bottle of this product thinking it would work better than the hoodia pills. The effects of the hoodithin were great. The first week I lost two pounds. The second week I lost one pound, and the third week I lost one pound. On the fourth week, I stayed the same weight. I stayed on this product for two months and lost a total of four pounds. It seemed to only work one month for me. It is a good product for short term use, but after that, it seemed to just stop working. Overall, if were going to go on a quick diet to loose a few pounds, I would try this again.
