I have used Chitosan 500mg along with my regular workouts at gym. I am seeing considerable results with this. I lost about 15 pounds in the past 5 months and I am really feeling very light. It also helped in reducing my joint pains caused due to my obesity. It is a great medicine for me. In addition to all of that it is a herbal product and didn't cause any side effects. I would like to continue using this.
Doesn't work

I found this to be a waste of money. It did not have any affect when I used it in combination with my meals as a fat blocker. I have used other products which are based on this principle that did work, however I found this one to have absolutely no effect. I would not waste my money on it
good when you want to cheat

Chitosan does work. Like any other diet or diet pill or plan, you should always watch what you are actually putting in your body. I have a tendency to gain weight fast, so I am always keeping my fats and calories low. When I used this product, I was able to incorporate a little more fat without it creating havoc on my belly. You have to take it consistently, though, everyday, otherwise it is a waste of your money. Also, follow the directions, the saying is true : too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. In other words, if you take too much too often you will have a bathroom issue.

This product literally enables me to eat "unhealthy" every once in awhile, with virtually no effect on my waistline - it actually prevents the fat from being absorbed. Be careful however, and only take the recommended dose, because you'll have some digestive issues if you take even a little too much!
