Great way to fend off hunger on the run!

I love the Atkins Chocolate Royale drink/shake. One of the reasons is because I am always so tempted to go off a proper diet /or Atkins diet when I am on it is because of the busy lifestyle we all live.
With these drinks (and Chocolate Royale is one of my favorites) that problem is solved. Instead of going thru a drivethru for that snack, I just drink my Atkins Chocolate Royale and it curbs my hunger satisfactory until I have a chance to eat a planned meal.
These make super shakes when mixed with ice in the blender, and the added water from the ice also makes me feel full, and the taste is as if I had just cheated on my diet and had something decadent!

Won't buy again

As these types of drinks go, the Atkins are about average. They only taste okay when very cold. I thought they had a funny taste to them but they weren't terrible.
