Gross Chalky Taste!

Excellent if you like to drink your vitamins! This product is well-rounded with vitamins and minerals, but I would rather take a pill than go through the torture of drinking this mixture. As far as speeding up my metabolism, I noticed no energy boost and no decrease in weight! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
